Job Description

The HR & Administration Manager is a member of the senior staff team at our company he/she will oversee the general administrative function and activities of the office. Performs a wide variety of operations duties including full-scope human resources, administrative operation, with oversight of office and General IT support. Other duties and responibilities include, but are not limited to, the following.

Location
  • Chennai
Responsibility
  • Handles recruiting, hiring, and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.
  • Set standard operting procedures and rules for all administration, HR, and work flow.
  • Oversees attendance and time management functions.
  • Provides daily Human Resources information to staff.
  • Updates and maintains computerized and written employment on staff, including verifying data, and notices.
  • Provides clerical support when needed to assist other staff with assigned administrative duties such as answering phones, sorting and distributing mail, and pereparing documents.

Education
  • MBA/PGDM in HR/Industrial Relations, Other Management.
